Kadavu Islands - Fiji
The island of Kadavu is situated approximately 90 kilometers south of the main island of Viti Levu and is Fiji's fourth largest. The island is 410 square kilometers in size, approximately 50 kilometers in length and width varies from a few hundred meters to 10 kilometers. The island is one of the most rugged areas of Fiji with a number of high mountains and few roads. The main way to get around Kadavu is by boat and small ferries. The Kadavu group also includes Ono Island, off the eastern tip of Kadavu, as well as a number of smaller islands.
The main attractions of Kadavu is its natural beauty and rugged landscape and so it is often considered an eco-tourist destination. The Kadavu region offers activities such as sea-kayaking, sport and game fishing, surfing (especially on the western end), bird-watching, trekking and Fiji cultural village trips. It is, however, particularly famous as a scuba diving destination, due to its proximity to the world-renowned Great Astrolabe Reef off the eastern end of Kadavu. The reef is one of Fiji's largest, stretching northwards about half the distance to Suva. The world-class reefs makes Kadavu very popular with divers and snorkellers alike.

Bendigo - Deborah Gold Mine
Bendigo is a regional city in central Victoria, Australia, located in the City of Greater Bendigo. It is approximately 131 kilometres (82 mi) from the state capital of Melbourne. With a steadily growing[citation needed] urban population estimated at 88,031 Bendigo is currently the fourth most populous city in Victoria and the state's second largest inland city. The Greater Bendigo municipality includes some nearby towns and is home to around 110,000.
Originally known as Bendigo's Valley (Sandhurst was the official designation before a plebiscite in favour of Bendigo settled the matter), the city grew quickly out of the Victorian gold rush and became established as a major provincial hub and minor financial centre, being home to Australia's only provincially headquartered retail bank, the Bendigo Bank, and the Bendigo Stock Exchange (BSX).

Waitomo, New Zealand - Glowworm Caves
Deep underground in the heart of the Waikato are a series of unique caves that will take your breath away. Ruakuri Cave is home to swirling rivers, echoing waterfalls, and rocks that flow into delicate shawl-like formations.
Nearby, at the Waitomo Glowworm Caves, thousands of tiny glowworms cling to the cave ceiling, creating a starry sky within the underground night. Youll also see a deep limestone shaft and a soaring subterranean cathedral that will leave you speechless.
Just five minutes down the road from the Glowworm Caves is Aranui Cave. With a natural cave entrance, it is the smallest and most delicate of Waitomo's three main caves. However, just inside the entrance is a colony of native New Zealand cave wetas and further into the cave is the most beautiful collection of stalactites, stalagmites, flowstones and decorative formations.
